In case visa is issued and for any reason the client decides not to travel on the proposed itinerary, the advance amount will be non-refundable.

Any change in fixed departure date and inclusions are subject to external factors; i.e. change in flight schedules, flight routes, security concerns, etc. Company will not bear any responsibility of changes caused due to unforeseen reasons.

Under unforeseen circumstances and absence of sharing (i.e. twin sharing as per package price), single supplement may apply, which is subject to date of travel and dynamics of bookings.

Meals and transport in relation to all plans are subject to local standards. Company does not take any responsibility in case of collision with personal preferences.

In case of cancellation of bookings against fixed departure group plans — post issuance of visa — the entire invoice shall be payable and no refunds would be made on the advance amount.
